GSHG Summer Camp Guide 2025

Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia’s beloved Camp Tanglewood in Augusta sustained significant damage due to Hurricane Helene in September of 2024. Our beloved camp, which has served as a safe haven for so many Girl Scouts, is still in need of our support. While the debris has been removed from the camp grounds, the camp is still down several cabins, a bath house, a cook shelter, and other structures - it will take quite some time (and money) before Camp Tanglewood is restored to it’s pre-hurricane capacity. Materials and skilled labor are expensive and manpower/ womanpower is at a premium. In order to provide the finest possible venues for life changing outdoor experiences at an affordable price, we need your help! Help Restore Girl Scout Camp Tanglewood in Augusta, GA
