ATLANTA BRAVES GIRL SCOUT DAY  Cheer on the World Series Champion Atlanta Braves as they on the New York Mets. We'll walk the field at 6:30pm so wear your uniform to represent Girl Scouts! Earn a fun patch by joining your troop, sister Girl Scouts, and family for a Saturday night pro-baseball game. Reserve seats either on the Outfield, 400 level on 1st base, or 400 level on 3rd base side. It is $14 for general admission, $17 for 400th level on 1st and then $34 for seat in the outfield. All prices include the fun patch so make sure to go by Guest Relations to get this patch. With each seat purchased GSHG gets a donation from the Braves so we can hold more amazing programs for our Girl Scouts! Coffee, cream, and sugar are givens, but have you ever thought about the feats of science and technology that made your morning caffeine boost possible? Come out to Jittery Joe's roastery to learn about the science of roasting coffee beans, get to know your way around the technology that makes it all possible, and discover the endless unlikely career possibilities for girls in STEM! Girls will receive a fun patch and Juniors will receive a Junior STEM Career Exploration badge. MATH AND NATURE AT LINWOOD PRESERVE  Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors, come and enjoy a beautiful spring day at Linwood Nature Preserve in Gainesville, while participating in activities to earn your Math in Nature badges. Experienced and looking for new adventure? Join Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia and the team at New Urban Forestry for an afternoon of family fun learning the basics of tree climbing! New Urban staff will teach you the fundamentals and provide the gear necessary for tree climbing. WACKY SCIENCE HALLOWEEN PARTY WITH KAPPA DELTA UGA  The Kappa Deltas at UGA are hosting a Halloween party for local Girl Scout troops! Join us for fun activities and experiments that teach all things science. Brownies will earn their Home Scientist Badge, and Daisies and Juniors will earn a fun patch. When : October 2022 (Date TBA - watch our website!) Where : Kappa Delta House, Athens Cost : Free GIRL SCOUT CLIMATE CHALLENGE  Learn about climate science and its impact on the world around you! How does the climate affect your favorite activities like sports, hiking, star gazing, etc.? Earn your Climate Challenge Patch and eat a delicous lunch by HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JULIETTE: A JULIETTE GORDON LOW BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION  Earn your Girl Scout Ways Badge while having fun with your Girl Scout sisters at this lock-in. We will also have a costume fashion show and carve pumpkins. After enjoying some of the pumpkin seeds we roast, we will package the rest as donations for the hungry/homeless. Saturday lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch included.
