FIRST LOOK WITH NASA  Celebrate the first images coming from the James Webb Space Telescope with Girl Scouts! Girls will earn a fun patch. More information is coming soon - check back on our website! When : August 27, 2022 / Time TBD Where : GIRL Center (GSHG Office), Savannah Cost : Cost TBD BUNK-IN AT THE MIGHTY EIGHTH  Experience an unforgettable night at the museum! Kick off the night with a mission briefing and dinner, then experience the museum at night with a unique tour by Rosie the Riveter. You'll learn about the unconventional roles of women during World War II, Girl Scouts' role in the war effort, and about the Fly Girls. Girls can explore the museum's combat gallery by flashlight and relax while watching a move before bedtime. Participants will receive personalized dog tags and a museum patch at their mission debriefing before returning home! Dinner, snacks, and breakfast are included. This is not a drop-off event - troop leaders/caregivers are responsible for maintaining proper adult/girl ratios. When : September 10-11, 2022 / 5:30 pm Saturday - 8 am Sunday Where : National Museum of the Mighty Eighth Air Force, Pooler Cost : $55 per girl Registration Deadline: September 2, 2022 FAMILY FUN DAY  Join us for a day of activities and adventure at Girl Scout Camp Low in Savannah! Visit our beautiful camp, try some typical camp activities, and enjoy a fun, fall day outdoors. Girl Scout families and Girl Scout Alums are invited to attend! ACCESS FOR ALL: ACCESSIBILITY AWARENESS WORKSHOP  GSHG adults, Seniors, and Ambassadors are invited to the Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace (JGLB) for a workshop, lunch, and inclusion discussion group! JGLB staff will share what they’ve learned while working toward becoming a fully accessible site, including some disability rights history and advocacy information to help you lead Herstory patch activities. After lunch, we’ll strategize together about how to create a Girl Scout troop experience that supports the well-being and mental health of every member. When : September 24, 2022 / 11 am - 1:30 pm Where : Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace, Savannah Cost : Free Registration Deadline: September 14, 2022 ME AND MY GAL FALL TEA PARTY  Join us and learn the history of teas, health and wellness benefits of various tea blends, and have a mother-daughter experience just perfect for fall! Everyone will get to explore yummy teas while bonding and making new friends. When : September 25, 2022 / 1 pm - 2 pm (Daisies and Brownies), 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm (Juniors and up) Where : Ashford Tea Company, Savannah Cost : $10 per girl, $10 per adult Registration Deadline : September 19, 2022 WE'RE NUTS ABOUT YOU! FALL PRODUCT RALLY  Join our Fall Product Rally to find out how easy it is to participate in this Girl Scout fundraiser. Fall Product Program will help your troop start the new year with the resources you need. Girls will earn the Digital Leadership badge for their grade level, and have an awesome time learning all about the Fall Product Program.
