DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. ANNUAL PARADE  Each year in Savannah, we honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. with a parade on MLK Jr. Observance Day. Join Girl Scouts who will march to show our support of the mission of the parade: all people, no matter their differences, understand the importance of remembering the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. When : January 16, 2023 / 8:30 am GIRL SCOUTS TAKE TYBEE  Join us for a special Girl Scout Day on Tybee Island - you'll participate in a special Girl Scout program at the Tybee Island Marine Science Center and the Lighthouse and Museum, and you can choose to see a dolphin tour for an additional fee. Earn the Coastal Georgia patch, too! When : January 28, 2023 / 9:30 am - 4 pm Where : Tybee Island Marine Science Center and Tybee Lighthouse Cost : $30 per girl, $30 per adult Registration Deadline: December 15, 2022 A week for celebration as St. Patrick's Day and the Girl Scout Birthday fall in the same week! Join us for a St. Patrick's Day and Girl Scouts MEGA celebration. We'll march together in one of the largest St. Patrick's Day parades in the nation, learn about Irish culture and heritage, and participate in Girl Scouts traditions and fun. Program includes: breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Friday and Saturday, plus breakfast and snacks on Sunday. PATRICK'S DAY & GIRL SCOUT BIRTHDAY 

GEORGIA SOUTHERN STEM DAY  Come celebrate the second annual Georgia Southern STEM Day at the GIRL Center in Savannah! We'll have an exciting day of STEM activities and experiences, facilitated by the friendly staff and students of Georgia Southern. There will be learning and interactive fun for everyone!
