HIGH AWARDS CEREMONY  Join us for the Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia High Awards Ceremony! Come out and celebrate girls' and adults' great accomplishments from Bronze Award to Adult Recognitions; you'll also learn about amazing work from our Adult Volunteers and Girl Scout staff. Projects done by girls make a huge difference in our communities all over Southwest Georgia. When : April 30, 2023 / 3 pm - 5 pm Where : Location TBD Cost : Free Registration Deadline : April 15, 2023 HAWAIIAIN TROOP CAMP  Join the Valdosta Wiregrass Service Area for a Hawaiiain-themed troop camp at Camp Tygart! Girls will earn the Hawaii patch from Girl Scouts of Hawaii as they learn about the wonders and culture of this beautiful state. Bring your whole troop for a fun weekend to start the summer! When : May 19-21, 2023 / 7 pm Friday - 12 pm Sunday

JOURNEY IN A DAY: IT'S YOUR STORY - TELL IT!  Earn a Girl Scout Journey in a Day! By the end of the program, girls will have completed the requirements for the grade appropriate journey. This event is hosted by the Good Life Service Area! When : January 14, 2023 Where : Albany Service Center Cost : $25 per girl Registration Deadline : December 15, 2022 SISTER SATURDAY: DIVERSITY IN GIRL SCOUTS  Spend the day in the Albany Civil Rights Institute where you'll learn about Albany's deep history in social justice. You'll also explore the new Girl Scout Diversity Program! Learn of the past so we can build a better future for all girls and their families!

SISTER SATURDAY: CODING BADGES  Earn your Girl Scout Coding badge! Coding is important in all of our computer programs, from robotics to gaming. Come break into coding with us! When : March 25, 2023 / 10 am - 12 pm (Daisies, Brownies), 1 pm - 3 pm (Juniors, Cadettes) Where : Albany Service Center Cost : $15 per girl Registration Deadline : March 15, 2023 SISTER SATURDAY: THE CLAY SPOT  Get artsy at The Clay Spot! You'll make a pottery piece and learn the process of making clay pottery. Brownies will earn their Pottery badge and other age groups will learn a super cool life skill and receive a fun patch.
