GIRL SCOUT DAY AT STEED'S DAIRY  Girls and their families are invited to enjoy special pricing for a fun day of all the fall activities at Steed‘s Dairy Girl Scout Day. The pavilion will be avaialble for a place to sit back rest and enjoy the shade. Snacks will be available for purchase on site. Entry begins at 11 AM and goes through close at 9 PM. RELAXATION RETREAT  Relax and enjoy a Girl Scout camp weekend. Learn how to relax and enjoy yourself while having lots of fun! Bath bomb making, yoga, crochet and multiple other activities. All grade levels are welcome. Specific activities will be held for Daisy, Brownie, Junior and Cadette, Seniors and Ambassadors. Richmond County Service area hosted event but open to all! When : October 8-9 2022 / 3 pm Saturday - 10 am Sunday Where : Camp Tanglewood, Martinez Cost : $8 per girl Registration Deadline : September 30, 2022 FALL CARNIVAL AND FOOD DRIVE  Join us for our fall carnival at Camp Tanglewood! We'll have plenty of fall activities, games, and lots of fun! Gather food items with your troop or your family - we'll be donating to a local food bank.

ZOMBIE DAY! DISASTER PREPAREDNESS  Everyone should be prepared for an untimely disaster! Camp Tanglewood has been invaded by Zombies! Girl Scouts will learn how to be safe in an emergency and help vanquish the zombies at camp! Lunch will be provided and special Zombie Patch "Be Prepared, Not Scared" is included. When : November 12, 2022 / 10 am - 2 pm Where : Camp Tanglewood, Martinez Cost : $20 per girl, $20 per adult Registration Deadline: October 28, 2022 HEALTHY YOU SERIES: STRESS AND COPING  Girls will hear health talks by a pediatrician with Augusta University Pediatrics, where they will discuss stress and coping expectations. We will also participate in making Blessing Bags for the women's shelter. Make scarves for those in need, and sing holiday songs to bring cheer to our neighbors. Each participant should bring fleece and a dessert to share. Hot chocolate and water will be provided.
